Studio Policy

 

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

​

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 business days before your appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 3 business days before the appointment will incur a $50 fee.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 fee.

• Rescheduling within the cancellation period is subject to the same fees as a cancellation.

• Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the applicable fee will apply.

• Fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH-UP

​

One complimentary touch-up is included with all full-price New Sets. Complimentary touch-ups are not included with Refresh appointments.

Eyebrow touch-ups must be completed 4–12 weeks after the initial appointment.
Lip touch-ups must be completed 6–12 weeks after the initial appointment.

Touch-ups after 12 weeks will incur an additional fee. These timeframes apply equally to all clients without exception.



Refresh services are only available when the most recent procedure was performed at our studio.

SERVICE RESTRICTIONS

​

Brow & Lip Pigmentation Services cannot be performed if you are:
 

• Pregnant or nursing
• Currently undergoing chemotherapy
• Experiencing an active viral infection or illness
